Amres was founded in 2015 with a vision to build a company around the customer. In the beginning we were a small operation that did business solely through word of mouth. The idea was that if we treated our customers well, they would trust us with helping their friends and family. And it worked. Over time we were joined by like minded loan officers and operations professionals, and now span the continental United States. We do business in all corners of the country with everyone from first-time-homebuyers to seasoned investment professionals. Regardless of our size, we still handle every loan the way we did on day one.

My name is Mary Baker

Mary Baker is a seasoned professional with three decades of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Her journey began in 1993 when she entered the real estate sector and quickly made her mark, earning the title of Rookie of the Year in her inaugural year. In 1996, Mary transitioned into mortgage originations, where she demonstrated her exceptional talent by becoming a top producer within her first year.

Throughout her career, Mary's expertise and dedication caught the attention of industry giants, leading to recruitment by prestigious institutions such as PNC Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, Wells Fargo, and Countrywide. In these roles, she held management positions overseeing operations and sales across multiple states in the Midwest. Under her leadership, her areas consistently ranked as the top-performing regions in the respective organizations.

After two decades of contributing her skills and leadership to large banking institutions, Mary sought a new path that allowed her to provide unparalleled service directly to her clients. In 2019, she joined AMRES Corporation, a boutique mortgage banker based in Pennsylvania, as a Branch Manager. Here, Mary leverages her extensive experience and industry connections to offer clients some of the lowest mortgage rates in the United States.
